I have had to build both depth and breadth in my creative skills over my career. A creative eye has to be honed by skills in the software and tools required to deliver today’s complex creative projects.
Adobe Creavtive Suite
I have been working with the Adobe Creative Suite for many years. Starting nearly a decade ago with Lightroom and Photoshop editing photos and ultimately expanding into Illustrator, Premiere Pro and InDesign more recently.
Microsoft Office Suite
The Microsoft Office Suite is a critical tool to have as a creative professional. Specifically, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook have been the applications I have relied on to run my business since its inception.
Procreate
For several years, much of my digital art has been done in Procreate. Procreate is a leading graphic design application that has helped graphic designers, artists and creatives of all types generate digital images quickly and easily.
Graphic Design Skills
I have worked with many companies developing their brand and identity. My approach is to assist them developing a brand strategy that can uncover their corporate personality and target customers. This will help lead to an image identity that supports their strategy.
Artistic Skills
For more than a decade, I have been developing my skills as a studio artist. Studying under a prominent artist in my home state of Massachusetts, my primary skill is oil painting in a photo realistic style, but I have also painted extensively in acrylic and watercolor.
Photography Skills
I am a self-taught photographer that has had extensive experience in the business of photography. I started a photography business in 2015 doing portraits. Over 6 years my business has grown significantly to include landscape and seascape images used in interior design and commercial installations.
Accolades & Awards.
I have won awards for my artwork and designs, and my photography has been featured in many different magazines and digital outlets.
Logo Design Award
I worked with a non-profit organization to develop their corporate personality and target audience. This resulted in a brand and image identity that supports their strategy. I was awarded Best Logo Design at SMU in 2021.
Juried Photo Winner
Juried Photography Contest Winner – This photo was from a client photo shoot and represented in the prestigious annual New England Regional Photography Contest held at the Cape Cod Center for the Arts in Barnstable, MA
Re-imagined Logo Design
This re-imagined logo was created as a student project in 2021 at Southern Methodist University. It was submitted to the American Advertising Federation’s Addy Awards winning a Silver Medal in Logo Design.
Art Exhibit Winner
This is a commissioned painting done for a client on Cape Cod, MA as part of an overall interior design project. The oil painting was submitted to a juried gallery exhibit winning top prize for “Best in Show.”

A creative position where I can continue to develop my skills
Art has always been such a substantial part of my life. It has been an outlet for me to communicate to people how I see beauty in the world. I have been fortunate enough to be featured in juried gallery shows, awarded a Massachusetts Scholastic Art award, hired to complete several commissioned paintings and photographs and in 2015, while still in high school, I started a photography business doing professional portraits and selling my landscape and seascape work in retail stores.
